This is an omega 3 supplement in soft gel form. You get a 1 month supply (taking 2 per day) so I have dropped a star as there are other alternatives available for either a lower price and same supply, or same price but longer supply. The item itself gives a good amount of the key I gradients per serving and are easy to swallow.

Good quality algae oil based omega 3s This seems to be a really high quality vegan omega supplement. One thing to mention... This used algae oil, which naturally contains more DHA than EPA. Fish oils tend to be the other way around with more EPA than DHA. it's EPA that has anti-inflammatory effects. DHA is especially helpful for brain health, eye health and nervous system support, which this has a higher ratio of. For anyone in need extra inflammatory support though a higher EPA to DHA ratio (like you get in fish oil) might be beneficial. But this seems like a really great plant-based omega 3 supplement.

Seems to be of good quality. Easy to swallow medium sized capsules, scentless and without any flavour. I only take one capsule in the evening and I must admit that it helps me to sleep better. Worth trying

These omegas capsules are rounder and more compact than the ones I’ve taken previously. This makes them even easier to take as the shape and texture allow them to slide down my throat. They are made from algae as an alternative to flaxseed and seem to work well. No aftertaste or stomach upsets, so that’s good. I take them to help with skin but mostly for joints and my ankles, fingers and knees are all running well right now so can’t complain. I recommend these!

TI like that it uses a triple-boron blend, citrate, aspartate, and glycinate, rather than relying on a single form, as the item page explains the potential benefits of better absorption and utilisation. The addition of a prebiotic is a nice touch and something you don’t usually see in basic mineral supplements. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow, gentle on the stomach, and free from unnecessary fillers, which is always a plus. It’s too early to comment on any long-term effects, but other people seem to report improvements in general energy and wellbeing after a few weeks, so I’ll be interested to see how it works over time. The four-month supply also makes it very convenient and good value.

These vegan softgels look clean and neat, and the build quality of the bottle feels sturdy enough to survive my overstuffed drawer, even if the lid feels slightly flimsy at times. Functionality wise, they’re easy to swallow and don’t leave any odd taste, which I truley appreciated. The appearance of the capsules is clear and tidy, which makes them feel nicely made rather than thrown together. Value for money is pretty solid, especially since you get a whole month’s worth in one go. The algae oil sits well with my stomach too, though I did wish the capsules were just a fraction smaller. Overall, it’s a dependable pick that fits smoothly into the day and feels like a sensible addition to keep things on track.

Although this product only has one probiotic strain, I would trust a UK company to focus on doing one thing right over a random supplier making bold claims that might not live up to tests. I trust there is actually L. Reuteri in these capsules, and in a high dosage, because the company is a reputable manufacturer. I'm not expecting immediate results of course, but if you want this particular strain of probiotic I'd say these are the ones to try. Easy to swallow, no unpleasant aftertaste.

I feel that this UK-made systemic enzyme supplement is well worth a try. I opened up one of the capsules to check taste and consistency, and I am happy that all seemed good. While you're not encouraged to consume the powder from a spoon, I would expect a good, strong, spicy taste from a quality enzyme powder, and this one matched my expectations. I've used Vitalzym in the past, and the flavour of the Vitalzym powder is not the same, but then it's probably a rather different formulation. I'm very pleased to give these a go, but as with other systemic enzymes, I'll have to remember to consume at least an hour before eating.
