Data processed by Max Botanics is handled responsibly and remains strictly confidential and can be removed at the customer’s request. The information collected by us is only used for the effective running of your account and our service. We do not have access to your credit card details and never share your personal information with third parties unless you permit us to do so.

 

When you make a request with Max Botanics, you give us information such as your email address, delivery address and phone number which we use for purposes relating to your order. Courier services may require a phone number so you can be contacted if needed. Personal information related to these requests will not be shared with third parties unless you permit us to do so.

 

Information gathered by our website is used for company activities including order processing, accounting records, payment processing, fraud detection and our own marketing activities. With your permission, we will add you to our newsletter subscriber list for which we use MailChimp who securely process and store names and email addresses. We promise to only use data reasonably, limited to important activities related to the running of Max Botanics.

 

All payments are securely processed by PayPal and Sage Pay. Max Botanics do not have access to your credit/debit card information.
