Returns Policy

Product Not Received

If you didn’t receive a product you ordered from us, you must inform us within 21 days from the date of purchase.

 If You Do Not Want Your Product Anymore

Please contact us within 14 days if you no longer want the product(s) you’ve ordered. Contact us at info@maxbotanics.com if you need a returns number, this must be clearly visible on the package. In the event that you wish to return an item because you do not want it, you will be responsible for paying return postage, you must also obtain proof of postage and/or tracking details. Products returned to us must be in a new condition, without any damage. Any refunds issued by Max Botanics will not include postage or packaging charges.

 Damaged Or Faulty Item

In the very unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item from us, please contact us and provide the name on the order and the order number and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

 Ordered The Wrong Item By Mistake

If you’ve ordered the wrong item by accident, you have 14 days to return the product to us in a new and unopened condition.  Please contact us at info@maxbotanics.co.uk to receive a returns number; this should be clearly visible on the outside of the package. As the buyer, you are responsible for return postage including charges incurred and obtaining proof of postage/tracking details. Refunds will exclude postage and packaging charges.

 Received The Wrong Item

In the event that we send you the incorrect item, we will provide you with either the correct item or a full refund, whichever you prefer. If this happens, please contact us at info@maxbotanics.co.uk.

 Who Pays For Return Postage?

If the mistake was due to Max Botanics, we are more than happy to cover return postage fees. However, in all other cases, you the customer will be responsible for returning the package to us, including covering fees and obtaining proof of postage/tracking details. Please keep your order confirmation email until after you’ve received an email form us confirming the return has been organised.
